Fast, clear, and no weird surprises.

We want shipping expectations to be simple. Because this store is built around made-to-order fulfillment, delivery timing includes both production time and shipping time. This page explains how that works, what can affect delivery, and what to do if something goes sideways.

Shipping Overview

Orders from this store are generally fulfilled through a print-on-demand workflow. That means your order usually goes through two stages:

  • Production / fulfillment time — the item is printed, packed, and prepared.
  • Shipping / transit time — the package moves through the carrier network to you.

In a Shopify store, shipping rates and delivery options are configured through the store’s Shipping and delivery settings, including shipping profiles and shipping rates.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Most orders are not pulled from a giant shelf somewhere. They are produced after you place them. Because of that, fulfillment time comes before transit time.

Printful publishes operational and timing updates separately and notes that fulfillment timing can vary by product, method, and current production conditions.

Practical translation: shipping speed is not just “mail speed.” It is production time + shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not blood oaths. Timing can vary based on:

  • The product ordered
  • The shipping destination
  • The carrier selected or available
  • Current fulfillment volume
  • Seasonal demand, holidays, or major promotional periods

Printful’s published shipping guidance explicitly separates deadlines and timing by product, region, and shipping method rather than offering one universal promise.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping setup active in the store at the time of purchase. Shopify supports flat rates and carrier-calculated/live rates depending on how the store is configured.

Your final shipping cost, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available for your shipment, you will generally receive tracking information once the order has shipped. Keep in mind that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after label creation, because carrier systems are not always in a hurry to impress anyone.

International Shipping

International orders may be available depending on the store’s configured shipping zones and profiles. Shopify shipping profiles let merchants define which products ship to which zones and under what rules.

International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Those charges, when applicable, are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays & Peak Periods

Shipping and fulfillment may take longer during holidays, high-volume viral moments, weather events, carrier disruptions, or major sales periods. Printful publishes special timing guidance and updates for peak periods because turnaround can change depending on demand.

We are not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been handed off, but we will still try to help point you in the right direction if something seems off.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, or goes unclaimed, it may be returned to the fulfillment facility.

Printful states that returned undeliverable packages may be held for 30 days at no charge, and reshipping can require additional shipping charges.

Translation: if the address is wrong, the package may boomerang. Fixing that is much easier before checkout than after the parcel begins its heroic journey.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or there is a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or details.

For Printful-based workflows, claims related to lost shipments and damaged or defective items are time-sensitive, and Printful publishes separate return/claim windows for those issues.
